DOMESTIC 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Your shipping cost is our shipping cost or below. We will do our best to deliver to you at the lowest rate possible. 

If you are in Houston, TX or surrounding areas, if convenient, we suggest you pick up your order by selecting the local pick up option at checkout.

RETURNS

We currently do not accept returns, but if you happen to experience any issues please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

LOCAL PICK UP - (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)

Local pick up in the Houston area is available within 1-2 days of placing your order. If you would like to pick up your candle order in lieu of delivery, be sure to select this option at checkout. You are able to pick up your candle order at the following location during their respective business hours.

**When you arrive, inform the clerk that you are picking up your order from The Candlegasm Company and give them your name. Please be advised, you will have to show your I.D. to retrieve your order. The name on the order must match the name on your I.D. No exceptions.**
